Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through BioShop.pk and our official sales channels.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Be in the same condition as delivered
  • Include original packaging, labels, seals, and tags
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. How to Request a Return

All returns require prior approval.

Step 1 — Submit Request

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2 — Approval

If approved, you will receive:

  • Return authorization confirmation
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return label (if applicable)

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim rejection.

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund
    (at company discretion)

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Personal & Hygiene Products

  • Skincare and cosmetic items
  • Essential oils once seal is broken
  • Perfume oils and fragrance materials after use

Custom & Special Orders

  • Personalized products
  • Custom formulations
  • Made-to-order items

Regulated & Sensitive Materials

  • Flammable liquids
  • Hazardous aroma chemicals
  • Compressed gases

Other Exclusions

  • Perishable goods
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards and vouchers

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To replace an item:

  1. Complete the return process
  2. Wait for approval
  3. Place a new order separately

6. Refund Process

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Bank and payment gateway processing times may vary.


7. Late Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund:

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs:
    • Covered by us (if error is ours)

    • Paid by customer (change-of-mind cases)


9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are processed via:

  • Bank transfer, or
  • Approved digital wallet

Customers must provide accurate payment details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.


10. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that violate this policy
  • Deny claims with insufficient evidence
  • Update this policy without prior notice
