Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains order confirmation, advance payments, courier charges, and delivery procedures for customers across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation by our support team.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
  • Orders may be placed on hold if verification is required.

2. Advance Payment & Order Confirmation

Advance for New Customers:
To confirm order authenticity and cover courier handling costs, new customers are required to pay an advance of Rs. 500 at the time of order confirmation.

This amount is adjusted in the final invoice and allows us to process and dispatch the order without delays.

Orders Below Rs. 1,000:
Orders with a total value below Rs. 1,000 are dispatched only after full advance payment.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applied separately based on parcel weight and city zone.
  • Courier rates may vary for different locations across Pakistan.
  • We currently do not offer free shipping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days
  • Remote locations may require additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders after confirmation.
  • Customers must remain available on the provided phone number for verification.
  • Repeated order refusals may result in COD restrictions.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Orders returned due to non-cooperation may require advance payment for re-shipping.
