Jaguar (Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride) – Conditioning Polymer for Hair & Skin

Jaguar (Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride) is a cationic conditioning polymer derived from guar gum, used in haircare and mild cleansing products. It binds to negatively charged hair fibers, delivering long-lasting softness, smoothness, and anti-static properties. Jaguar is highly effective even at low concentrations and compatible with both anionic and non-ionic surfactants. In skincare, it adds a silky glide and moisturizing feel, especially in sulfate-free cleansers and body washes. It’s widely used in 2-in-1 shampoos, creamy conditioners, and baby care products.
