 Vitamin B5 (D-Panthenol) is a provitamin that transforms into pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) when applied topically. Known as a multi-functional hydrator, it plays a vital role in soothing, softening, and protecting the skin barrier. In haircare, it helps improve hair strength, shine, and manageability by binding moisture to hair strands. Suitable for use in creams, serums, conditioners, lotions, shampoos, and after-sun gels, D-Panthenol is a gentle, effective, and versatile cosmetic ingredient.
