Aldehyde C-18 (10% in DPG), also known as γ-Nonalactone, is a lactonic aldehyde with a sweet, creamy coconut-peach scent that adds a soft tropical warmth and edible roundness to perfumes. It’s widely used in gourmand, fruity florals, creamy woods, and solar fragrances where a milky, exotic softness is needed.
